As an independent insurance adjuster for State Farm, I need my truck. I experienced a problem with truck cutting off when I shift it in park. Being, that I have to travel to Louisiana to work claims I cou need my truck. I experienced a problem with truck cutting off when I shift it in park. I explained Brian my situation and his exact words were "We are going to take care of you". Brian and I believe a guy name Terry or Allen who is believed to be a head technician I think, explained the process to me well and executed. I can not think those guys enough. Brian always go above and beyond, in the 2-3yrs I have been going to Sams Pack five Star Carrollton. Brian needs a raise.lol More

They went above and beyond in my book. I brought my vehicle in for the first oil change, tire rotation and 27 point inspection. Not only did they do all of that but they vacuumed and washed my car as w vehicle in for the first oil change, tire rotation and 27 point inspection.
