Very unpleasant experience buying a car from this dealer: 1. Salesman was not clear on interest rate and did not want to provide definite number when questioned stating "I am not a crook just so you dealer: 1. During signing the paperwork the rate was shown as 4.7% instead of 3.7% stated by the bank. 2. Also he did not want to address the the repairs of cosmetic damage which had been promised to be taken care of. 3. $500 paint protection was added to the total cost which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. When questioned about the paint protection, the finance manager replied they were not going to take it off after adding without permission. 4. After finishing the purchase and getting in the car to drive 2 and a half hours home, we noticed significantly low tire pressure 23 psi on all 4 tires on dashboard which had not been addressed by salesman who just filled the car with gas 5 minutes prior. 5. The most aggravating process was unethical way to work with customers. You should never lie to the customer to obtain business. More
I was quoted one price its recorded but they charged me 50.00 more. I called made an appointment for oil change service and asked price of transmission flush due to it not shifting right when you put in re 50.00 more. I even called the scheduling dept and asked again told me the same. Each time I've been there for service it some kind of problem grease on my door 3 different times to tires not topped offers. Now this time same with the tires and charging me more than I was quoted. Waiting on them to send my recorded call. More
BUYER BEWARE- I worked with this dealership on pricing for a new truck. Pricing was in line and the truck was in transit. All was going well until I asked to see what the general terms of the finance cont for a new truck. Pricing was in line and the truck was in transit. All was going well until I asked to see what the general terms of the finance contract were before placing a $1000 deposit to hold the truck. The salesman refused to share that information. When I called him the next morning instead of texting, he said he no longer wanted to sell me the truck. Some very shady things going on at that dealership, no doubt! I have saved all texts and will file a formal complaint with GM. The salesman thought he could hide what happened here by keeping me from buying the truck and then responding to the survey GM sends to all new car buyers. More
I am not sure why, but every time I deal with the service dept at this location, they are rude. I have been talked to like I am stupid and they act like they don't have time to talk to me or explain things t dept at this location, they are rude. Got my GmC Sierra 2014 last May 2020 with 101,000 miles . , August 2021 transmission is messed up. Only put less than 30, 000miles brought it to chevy dealership nearby since we have to tow it, transmission , August 2021 transmission is messed up. So sad paying so muchhh thinking it would be a reliable vehicle but only a year it wont run anymore. What do you think i feel right now????!!!! More
