I wanted to check out the new Malibu line which my daughter had seen on television. I am a single mature woman who hates being pressured and making decisions, so I took my daughter with me on my first visit. After meeting with Gary, I felt his honesty in helping to find the best car for me. He made me feel as if I was the only customer in the dealership. Gary is, indeed, devoted to his position and making his customers happy. I told him I wanted a "red" car and would like to see the new Malibu Premier. He didn't have a red one on the lot but did have one the following morning, just for me. I drove the new Malibu Premier, which I loved, but found it to be too much for my pocketbook. I returned again to test drive the Malibu L2, which I liked, but wanted to add leather seats. Gary worked out a plan for me, and I returned to wrap up the deal - no pressure involved! I then met with Oliver to go over the financing paperwork, most of which I did not understand. He was very patient in thoroughly explaining everything to me and answering my questions - I'm sure I drove him crazy. Jennifer was a pure delight in explaining all the technology features, of which I had never completely understood in my previous car. She explained it all in detail, on both her computer and in my new vehicle. She was so patient with me and actually made it seem so simple. Jennifer is excellent at what she does and is definitely an asset to your organization. It was my best experience ever in purchasing a vehicle!! Thank you Five Star Chevrolet! More

One my return trip Brett was extremely accommodating even when I was somewhat undecided on what I wanted to purchase. There was no pressure to make a decision just pure honesty and unparalleled professionalism. After concluding with Brett, I met with Ricardo whom handled all the financial details and documentation. Ricardo provided absolutely stellar customer service and great conversation. He also explained the history of the dealership and his role in the process. I was very pleased with his approach to explaining all the paperwork. He is extremely efficient as well. Lastly, I met with Sita whom explained with great detail and genuine excitement the features available in my new vehicle's technology package. Sita provided the absolute best tech demo I have ever experienced. I highly commended her for her cheerful demeanor and overall enthusiasm for each interaction that she has with customers. This was by far the best experience I've had purchasing anything ever in life, and they truly built enough rapport to earn my business for a lifetime. Truly a 5-Star Experience! My dad and I came in to Five Star Chevrolet to just look at what options we had for my mom, and we left with a brand new car! My dad had bought my mom My dad and I came in to Five Star Chevrolet to just look at what options we had for my mom, and we left with a brand new car! My dad had bought my mom a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse from a rip-off car lot and the interest rate was close to 20%! My dad didn't realize how horrible of a deal he got until David Reeves broke it all down for us! My dad was interested in buying my mom a brand new Traverse, since he was paying over $600 a month for the car note and he was also spending a ton on service fees, since the vehicle kept giving her mechanical problems. Any way, we wanted to see if it was even possible for him to get rid of it, since he was drowning in negative equity! Let me tell you, David Reeves did not give up until it was made possible! We drove away with a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Traverse! The interest rate dropped down to 6.8% and the payments pretty much stayed the same! The best part was that the payments included service for 75,000 miles, GAP insurance, and even Wheel and Tire insurance! I cannot begin to tell you how big this was for us! Hispanics get taken advantage of ALL the time, when it comes to car buying, due to language barriers and David Reeves allowed us to regain hope in the car business! He was honest from start to finish and his hospitality, along with the rest of the Five Star Chevy team, was outstanding! Sita Velasquez sealed the deal by making the On-Star connection process as simple as possible, since my parents aren't tech savvy... AT ALL... but they understood and truly appreciated her patience! My dad has since then sent a couple of my uncles and aunts to buy from David Reeves! We definitely recommend Five Star Chevy to everyone! More
