Above and Beyond I walked into 5 Star to look at used truck. June Belew-Heard was helping me. (I made her run a little, sorry!) As I explained about the vehicle I was interested in from the internet, he pointed it out to June and I. After a little tire kicking and walking around and the test drive it was decision time. Went through the financing, btw, very easy and ended up with a new vehicle. Jennifer Orihuela, answered all my questions about On Star and even followed up with an email before I made it home! The bottom line, every person I interacted with made me feel more like family and not a customer! Coming from sales, myself it is so nice to be treated that way! I will be 5 Star guy for life and will tell everyone all about the exceptionally awesome service I received. More
