Over the 55 years I have bought cars, I have bought almost every one from the dealer at this location, over two dozen cars, and None in the area can compete with Five Star on Customer service, or commitment after the sale. DISHONEST salesman After finding the truck I was looking for online, at this dealership I was contacted by RUSSELL CHRISTMAS. At first everything was fine and he seemed After finding the truck I was looking for online, at this dealership I was contacted by RUSSELL CHRISTMAS. At first everything was fine and he seemed above board, it was a front! The truck had nerf bars added to it and I didn't want them so I asked CHRISTMAS if they could be removed and a credit given, CHRISTMAS stated that they were on the sticker and I had to take what was on there "by federal law"' and he then told me I could take them off and sell them if I didn't want them. I agreed to this and continued with the process and then the xxxxxxxx started. After CHRISTMAS received my checks for full payment of the vehicle he sends me a text from his personal cell phone stating, the nerf bars were not a part of the sticker and that I DIDN'T PAY FOR THEM, THEY WERE PART OF THE FIVE STAR ADVANTAGE PACKAGE, so he would "would take them for me". I told him they were mine and I would take them. Quite interesting that he text me from his personal cell phone to tell me this. CHRISTMAS also told me that I had to put a $500.00 deposit to hold the truck and that It would be refunded unless I wanted to put it towards the payment for the truck, I didn't. Trying to get my deposit back has been the true test showing that CHRISTMAS and the dealership are not honest and don't deal above board. CHRISTMAS wouldn't acknowledge that I wanted my card refunded during several emails between he and I. I guess he doesn't feel as free to talk via company email as he does through a text on his personal cell phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More

Even though she was out sick for a few days while my car was in their service-Angie kept me informed pretty much all the way. Angie returned my calls, call to give updates and was very excited for me when my vehicle was finally road-worthy again. I must add there was a third party involved (dealership Impala purchased from)-they were too slow with information to Angie and to myself-but she (Angie) preservered and I am back on the road again.....Thanks Angie!!!! More
