My Equinox was located at another dealer and it was ready for me in a couple of days. I have received e-mails and phone calls from both, checking to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I will definitely return to this dealership for future auto purchases. On previous purchases, I have dealt with the service department for oil changes and other scheduled maintenance. Every one in the service department was very professional and courteous. Service manager, Joey is very friendly and helpful. I've been to many dealerships and believe me.... VeryUnsatified Customer This was the worst buying experience ever. I purchased a RHD vehicle. After only having the vehicle for twelve hours I arrived at daycare to drop my This was the worst buying experience ever. I purchased a RHD vehicle. After only having the vehicle for twelve hours I arrived at daycare to drop my kid off, once I returned to the Jeep to leave for work it would not start nor did my break lights operate. Myself and the daycare women had to jumpstart this vehicle that I had just purchased the evening before. I notified the sales guy of the issue and they replaced the battery and said that they fixed the break lights. Although the break lights were still not working properly and the breaks were stuttering along with a skip when driving up hills. The next day the sales guy contacted me stTing that he needed me to go by the bank and take care of some minor issues to finalize the deal. I went to the bank and notified the finance rep of all the issues and I decided not to finalize the deal. I returned the vehicle to a manager. That manager stated that since the deal had not yet finalized that it would be as if it never even occurred. I go out and purchased another vehicle for work. After the dealership had the vehicle back in their possession for fifteen days, I received notification that the vehicle was still in my name and that they had pushed the deal on through, fifteen days after I returned it. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever concurred. I would not suggest this Dealership to anyone. Now I am stuck with two truck payments. This situation has caused me to be at an inconvenience with my job, and in a personal financial disaster. This Dealership only cares about a sale, they do not value their over all customer satisfaction, nor do they value their reputation. The sales guy even used my phone to sneak and write his own review. This experience was a Nightmare! I had my uncle whom is a mechanic, repair all the issues that needed repaired myself. The throttle body needed to be replaced and I was going to be in need of a vehicle. My Chevy Colorado had hesitation issues, aside from specifically being told what the issue was, I was told a few extra parts were replaced. Now I'm loving how my truck is running smooth again!!
