The check in was quick and the staff were very courteous. They provided me with a loaner car which was clean and in very good shape. Service was performed under warranty so no cost to me. I asked for them They provided me with a loaner car which was clean and in very good shape. Service was performed under warranty so no cost to me. I asked for them to complete the $16 car wash while the car was there and to my surprise when I picked up my car there was no charge. Apparently I had earned a customer service bonus I did not realize I had and they applied it for me. They could have ignored it and collected for the car wash as I asked had requested it. I have had two VW's with Fitzgeralds and the service has always been excellent and courteous. Roy, Annapolis More

I had a lot of work done on my old car and the people that work here seem to have a problem tightening bolts! One caused a terrible oil leak all over my engine and the other could have caused my wheel to that work here seem to have a problem tightening bolts! I trust you and Fitzgerald to give me the honest truth of what work needs to be done to my Passat. Even though Darcar suggested the work, I felt I wanted Fitzgerald to complete the service. I've had great experiences at Fitzgerald of Annapolis. My car is my baby, and the VW service department at Fitz is the only place where I feel comfortable dropping off my car. Fitzgerald Mall's Department, located in Annapolis is an exemplary, customer oriented service dealer. I drove all the way to Annapolis from Annandale, Virginia as I had to have an honest and timely assessm exemplary, customer oriented service dealer.
