Because of the speed my questions were answered, and the availability of my dealer to answer them. Friendliness: Why 5? Because that is the first impression that I received as soon as I met my dealer. And that is important. We touched upon many conversations, and the dealer was genuinely interested in having me as a customer, not just for one day, but as a long term investment. Overall Experience: Why 5? Because I liked the professionalism of your dealers and the overall selling experience. I was not pushed, and hurried into making a decision. The buying of a car, for the average person is the second biggest purchase they will ever make in their lives - the first being their house. As such monetary consideration is important, and doing it carefully is important. Thus, the patience that my dealer exerted was of a great value to me. Price: Why 5? Because, while dealers tend to mark the prices of the cars up in order to make a profit (they have to stay in business after all), it was well within reasonable bounds. Very pleasant experience. Bought a hard to find VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI at a very reasonable price. Staff went out of their way to get a vehicle from another dealer to see if we'd like it. No pressure fro Sportwagen TDI at a very reasonable price. Staff went out of their way to get a vehicle from another dealer to see if we'd like it. I was in the market for a Mini Cooper S or a Camry Hybrid. Karl showed me the VW options a GTI and Jetta TDI. Fitzgerald Mall's Department, located in Annapolis is an exemplary, customer oriented service dealer. I drove all the way to Annapolis from Annandale, Virginia as I had to have an honest and timely assessm exemplary, customer oriented service dealer.
