As a first time car buyer i was over dealerships and what i like to call their "lets rip them off" attitude. So i was very surprised that i had such a great experience with Fitzgerald Germantown. First i hig i like to call their "lets rip them off" attitude. So i was very surprised that i had such a great experience with Fitzgerald Germantown. First i highly recommend doing their online application for credit if money is your concern. I submitted my application and they got back to me within an hour or so and i decided to go ahead with a test drive. Tony was very friendly and informative during our test drive but also gave me the silence and respect to actually "test" the car instead of barraging me with 20,000 questions like most people do when trying to "sell" you a car. We got back to the dealership and sat down to talk about the terms. The whole process was over fairly quickly. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and an awesome price for my "new" (very lightly used) one year old Toyota Yaris they also gave me a call about a week later to make sure everything was going well. Fitzgerald is not about "selling" you a car, their goal is to put you into a car that fits your needs and budget. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a used car and will absolutely be using them the next time i am looking. More

Professional, Non-manipulative, straight forward, clear, and probably the best prices haggle or no haggle. I will do what it takes to find a great deal, so my wife and I have been to about 8 or 9 deale and probably the best prices haggle or no haggle. I will do what it takes to find a great deal, so my wife and I have been to about 8 or 9 dealerships and have talked to many private sellers over the past few months. We have been treated like crap, lied to, and even had our registration taken out of our car and not put back. Fitz used G-town was a great experience compared to everyone else we went to. Friendly and professional, and they gave us an awesome deal on our trade in. They are just great to deal with I recommend them 100 percent if you are looking for a used car or just slightly used.
