I had returned to the Fitz Mall in order to purchase a vehicle large enough (and of course at the right price) to support my growing family…which had seemingly doubled with the birth of our twins just two and a half months ago. It was 5 p.m. and despite the short window remaining in the business day, Mark Lawson dutifully met us in the parking lot as we perused the inventory. I had my eye on a model that had caught my attention online. Mr. Lawson, ever so receptive of the needs of the twins and my interest in that specific vehicle, wasted no time attempting to sell us a van or SUV which exceeded our budget or veered too far from what we were looking for. He pulled the vehicle out of its parking space, opened it up for us to see and shared both his personal experiences with this particle model as well as the features offered. When our concerns focused on whether there would be space to fit a stroller in the back (and of course we didn't have the stroller with us), Mark gave us the keys and told us we could drive the vehicle to our home and see if the strollers would fit. This not only enabled us to test drive it, but lay to rest one of our most pressing concerns. Satisfied with the "stroller dilemma," when we returned there were some mechanical concerns we noticed. Despite the "Sold As Is" display, Mark assured us that the shop would address any problems or issues with the vehicle (which as I write this, days later, have since been fixed and then some). Mark and the team hastily processed the paperwork and we were on the road with our new vehicle before we knew it. As we all know, buying a car can be a stressful and tumultuous time. The team at the Fitzgerald Auto Mall does (successfully) everything they can to reduce the hassle, stress, and chaos that go into the car buying process. It's all good I went to Fitzgerald's Buckeystown pike service center to get an oil change and while there I was referred by the service agent to Mark Lawson. I was not in the market at the time but the service agent knew that I was interested so he took the time to refer me to someone who could answer my questions. Though I was not immediately in the market, Mark took the time to speak with me and we stayed in touch. I have since bought my very first car from Mark and he has been attentive to my needs as a customer. He made the buying experience very pleasant and easy. I will absolutely continue to do business with him and refer my friends and family to him. More

Hooked me up! I went in to purchase a van that I mistakenly thought was at the Frederick location but was really 2 hours away. They were nice enough just to bring it to the Frederick location just for me. I drove it home the next day but some lights came on and made me a bit weary of owning this particular van and my husband happened to notice a newer van that had a bit more features and we decided to see if we could bring back the new van and trade it for the honda my husband had found. I was really embarrassed and felt terrible for all the extra trouble but they were so very nice about it!! They hooked me up with an extended warranty AND the lifetime buyers protection program and I only needed a couple hundred more to pay. I am such a happy camper and so are my kids and husband! I've always loved coming here and will continue to do so still ! More
