Brought my vehicle in on October 9th for an oil change and to check for a rattling noise. Judith was great to work with. She greets you with a smile, is friendly and courteous. I gave the Quality of Work a rating of 5, because, aside from changing the oil and filter, if you don't know what needs to be done or how to do it yourself, you have to trust in the integrity of the service provider to provide the proper service and not create or find something wrong that all of a sudden needs to be repaired now! I gave Price a 4. Only because no one wants to part with their hard-earned money. But, for an oil change, tire rotation, and a replaced belt, the price was bearable and fair. Dealership and Service Dept. will not dissapoint. More

I bought my Toyota Rav IV 2 1/2 years ago from the dealership and it was a FANTASTIC experience. We did 90% of it on-line and over the phone. When I fianlly went to the dealership it was to sign the paperwork adn drive out with my car. There were no surprises, no pressure. Quick and easy which I appreciated. The service department, I can't say enough about them! Friendly and polite and they really beleive in customer service, the old school way. There is always a loaner car available, which I appreciate as my office is not nearby. They have good hours on the weekends also. The facility is pleasant and offers plenty of room and amenities. I do not take my car any place else. More

First of all Judith Riccio is terrific. She works hard, but always has a smile and a good word for every customer. She is the only representative that never sits down. I have no idea where does this woma but always has a smile and a good word for every customer. She is the only representative that never sits down. I have no idea where does this woman take the energy from. She explained every item and she multi - tasked as only a woman knows how to do. The service took too long, but this certainly was not Judith's fault, and maybe it was no one's fault, as it was Saturday. More

Horrible AC Ispection Service. Complaint about wrong inspection - low freon level, but actually it is full. The customer representative didn't care and just want to ask more money with raising voice. inspection - low freon level, but actually it is full. Freon is always full with no leak. The result shows the service in this Toyota shop is no good. Waste of time and money! More

This is my 2nd visit for the same problem. I was told my car was getting worked on but in reality they had not started. I was told it was road tested and the problem had been found but none of that had ha car was getting worked on but in reality they had not started. The first time they told me that it was a 2011 problem and not a 2012 problem and that I would have to bring it back and road test it with someone. I informed them at the time when I made appointment and when I checked in. The first visit they kept car for day with no results. This time it took 2 hours and they once again told me it was a 2011 problem. It took me having to get upset in order for someone to go out on the road with me and take care of the problem. More
