I brought my Toyota Camry hybrid in for routine service. I was told by my service representative Ms. Riccio that the car also had a recall from Toyota to complete, and as a result the car might not be ready I was told by my service representative Ms. Riccio that the car also had a recall from Toyota to complete, and as a result the car might not be ready for a number of hours. Rather than have me wait longer than expected, she offered me a loaner car (at no charge through my service plan) and even helped me see which loaner cars were available so I could find one that was a little more "fun" to drive. As she has on several occasions in the past, Ms. Riccio treated me with tremendous courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. (In fact, in the 7 years I've been bringing my car to Fitzgerald I've never had a bad experience with any of the service reps or other employees.) In this era when many people seem indifferent or unaware of excellent customer service, Ms. Riccio continues to represent Fitzgerald Toyota exceptionally well. I was sincerely most impressed. More
Ms. Riccio was friendly, helpful and was pro-active in getting the car back to me in the time I specified. She also looked over the history and offered me some options to save time and money. I have been bringing in my Toyota Highlander to this dealership since 2006. I must congratulate Mr. Fitzgerald on his selection of managers and customer service representatives since they are top notch dealership since 2006. Mr. Patrick Nugent always is the most pleasant, concerning individual to me as I am sure he is to other customers. On my most recent visit for my highlander oil change, I mentioned to Mr. Nugent that I was having problems with my GMC Envoy's check engine light repeatedly coming on. That I have had taken it to 3 different ASE mechanics to resolve the problem. Unfortunately it was still coming on. Mr. Nugent informed me that his service department not only check this for free but also all vehicle makes are handled by their service department. I brought up my GMC Envoy a few days later and they keep it overnight since it was a holiday and couldn't get all the parts needed. Mr. Nugent and the mechanic, Mr. Winston, fixed my problem that 3 others didn't. I am very satisfied with the excellent personal service, quality of the service and excellent pricing. Thanks! Had 25,000 free service from Scion and was treated every bit as well as would have been if high cost purchase. All the service representatives I have worked with have been very knowledgeable and have kept me informed about the progress of the service and have been up front regarding costs. The waiting areas, restrooms and coffee/snack areas are kept clean. There have only been a couple of times when I have needed to use the loaner car program, but I am glad I purchased the Lifetime Benefits program when I purchased the car. It has been great to use the $35.00 coupon for oil changes or other service. More

I was very happy with the service that I received at this dealership last on Friday, December 7 2012. I had previously been there three weeks prior for an oil change and came back to do a power steering flui dealership last on Friday, December 7 2012.
