I took my 2004 4 runner in for regular oil change.Dropped it off at 3 to pick it up the next day. Got a call at 5 to tell me that durning the inspection they found the cz boots leaking. Saturday morning got a cal that a window had been left open part way over night outside. With the rain we had the interior was wet. They wanted to keep the car until all the work was done and they were able to dry the interior and detial it for free.I was given a loaner car free. With 123k all of the service has been done here. I've never had any trouble. They made a mistake, admitted the mistake and made it right. When the next service is due I'll be back More

I got a birthday coupon 15% off and a change drive belt offer $184. Yesterday (4/6/13) when I called Judith Riccio she said she will apply the coupon on the offer. When I came in today (4/7/13) and double offer $184. Yesterday (4/6/13) when I called Judith Riccio she said she will apply the coupon on the offer. When I came in today (4/7/13) and double checked the price with her before drop my car and she did not say anything. But after the service she refused to apply the coupon on the labor and some other charges such as Shop Suplies etc. She tried to find many reasons for doing so, such as I got wrong labor fee etc. Also her attitude was very impolite and bad. I feel so worse for doing service with her. Before Fitzgerald gave me a good impression but her service attitude changed my oppinion now. More
