Has Potential to be Good I brought my car in to address window weatherstripping that was peeling on the front passenger side window which was covered under warranty. Upon revi I brought my car in to address window weatherstripping that was peeling on the front passenger side window which was covered under warranty. Upon review of the finished work when I arrived home, I discovered that there were dents/scratch and super glue used to repair my side mirror since it was necessary to remove it in order to replace the weatherstrip. Drove right back to the service center where the Service Manager assured me it will be resolved. Fast forward a week later, my mirror was replaced and the dents and scratches were made invisible after they took the car back in for half a day and provided a loaner. The Assistant Service Manager I worked with during both trips demonstrated he understood my pain points and sought to make things right. More

They could not find the leak and I discovered a few days later that they left the tire they were testing way overinflated. On my 2nd visit, they did some extensive break work and I had checked the box to give me the old parts but that wasn't done and I didn't realize it until later. My confidence in these guys is low. Going to try another dealer for my next service. More

My husband and I purchased a Toyota Camry, and my sister also purchased a Toyota Camry, the same day and both from the charming and eloquent HARMEET S My husband and I purchased a Toyota Camry, and my sister also purchased a Toyota Camry, the same day and both from the charming and eloquent HARMEET SURI. Since the purchase, I have utilized the Service Division for the scheduled warranty service. And, from time to time I stop in to purchase accessories or to seek help with questions and refine my understanding of the workings of my Toyota! I have without exception, had excellent experiences - exceeding any other experiences at other dealerships I've visited or purchased from over the past 45 years! Today, for example, I stopped in to see if Harmeet was there and would help me program/link my new iPhone with the Camry's Bluetooth. Harmeet was not there. A woman, with a name tag that read BRIANNA, approached. She lit of the showroom with her dazzling smile and warm welcoming manner and asked if she could assist me. I explained I was there to see if Harmeet would help me program/link my new iPhone with the Camry's Bluetooth. She explained Harmeet was not in until later that day and said she would be glad to help me. As she went through the process she also thoughtfully showed me how as well. We then spent some time discussing various accessories and in particular retrofitting heated seats. BRIANNA was very knowledgeable and articulate in all her communications. She followed up with a gracefully written email communication later in the day. How smart of the Fitzgerald's leadership to people their company with exceptional folks like BRIANNA HOOKS and HARMEET SURI! It's the continued encounters such as I had today with BRIANNA, and other occasions with HARMEET, that keep my husband and I committed to Fitzgerald's! I can get cars and service anywhere but I can't and don't encounter such lovely folks as I always experience at Fitzgerald's! More
Awesome!!! I had an overall amazing experience at Fitzgerald today getting my car repaired. This was my first time going to a dealership kind of place to get my car repaired so I was absolutely clueless when I entered the building. All of the staff that I spoke with were incredibly friendly and helpful and answered every question I had. From time of drop off to driving home, it only took about 1.5 hours to get everything done and it was fairly busy on this particular day!!! Overall, I am extremely impressed with Fitzgerald and I plan on returning/referring. More

I am encouraged by the fact that I recieved a prompt call from next level management to learm more abou the experience and try to resolve it. I talked with many parents and friends about different places, and Fitzgerald Toyota Service Center was the one place people kept saying was fabulous. I went there after purchasing my first car, a 1999 Toyota Corolla, and it needed some work done. I was pleased to personally speak with the Service Manager, Gil Briggs, and he told me everything that would be done, the expected time and the cost. I have to say he was a pleasure to work with, was super helpful, and wonderful; I can personally see why he is the manager. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car to Fitzgerald. The staff is so helpful and caring. They fixed my car the first time and I haven't had any problems since. The staff is friendly, helpful and very patient, even through me asking a thousand questions. I couldn't think of going anywhere else. I am pleased to say they surpassed my expectations. More
We had an unexpected trip to make to Chicago and I was overdue for an oil change. I rushed our 149,000 mile 2000 Sienna in for the oil change and for the van to be checked and serviced as needed to prep f overdue for an oil change. I rushed our 149,000 mile 2000 Sienna in for the oil change and for the van to be checked and serviced as needed to prep for the trip. Why did we use the 2000 vehicle for the long trip in sub-zero weather? Because we can! It's a Toyota, regularly serviced by Fitzgerald and most recently we have been working with the ideal service rep who should be used to train all others: Judith Riccio. Prices are always comparible to other service options and we find the people we deal with, Judith and now supervisor, Wes, to be always honest and great at setting our expectations. More
I dropped my car off last night for service. Was called at 8:30 am saying it was almost done, everything was fine, and it would be ready at noon. I came by after work at 6:30 pm and was told that the car w at 8:30 am saying it was almost done, everything was fine, and it would be ready at noon. I came by after work at 6:30 pm and was told that the car was not done and that since I had not gotten a call saying it was done that I shouldn't have expected it to be ready. They had no explanation as to why my car was not ready and had trouble finding the ticket. Really? This is not an acceptable level of service. More
