Over the 15 or so years that I have been bringing my 4-Runners to Patrick for service, he has always been very professional, courteous, and extremely fair. Patrick will always tell me what's needed and will never do what's not needed for a given service interval. I have the utmost confidence in Patrick's ability to recommend and do whatever service may be needed and in the staff of Toyota mechanics. I have been extremely pleased with the service that Patrick has given me and with the staff at Fitzgerald Lakeforest Service Center. I highly recommend them and will continue to have Patrick Nugent service my 2015 4-Runner. More

Dealer where we purchased the vehicle was defensive and somewhat disinterested in pursuing a repair. I was advised by Toyota Corporate Customer Care to visit Fitzgerald Toyota for help. There I met Rob Gordon , a senior mechanic, who drove the car and heard the noise and advised me that Toyota would identify a fix. At a later date I met Gil Briggs, the service mgr. He was very busy but listened to me for at least 30 minutes. He asked me to leave the car so he could drive it. He heard the noise but Toyota had not identified a new replacement part. Months later I received a phone call at home from Mr. Briggs. He told me he just received a new TSB from Toyota that he believed would fix the problem. HE CALLED ME THE SAME DAY THE TSB WAS ISSUED BY TOYOTA !!! I brought the car in and a new electro-mechanical clutch assembly in the transfer case was switched out to eliminate most but not all the noise. Messrs. Gordon and Briggs are top notch. You will not find better service anywhere else. I still have not heard from the original dealer. For a busy service mgr at a major dealership to call me MONTHS LATER ON THE SAME DAY THE TSB WAS ISSUED is simply unexpected and greatly appreciated.. These gentleman are master mechanics and master customer service professionals. I am 76 years old, the son of a mechanic, and know a little more about mechanical operations than the average owner. These gentleman are the best I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them More

Car also was due for routine service (oil, fluids, systems check). Appointment with Patrick Nugent was, as always, on time and economical. In addition to routine service and cabin air filter, we finally replaced rear sway bar links. Replaced tire valve stems to address air loss. All completed with typical Toyota expert care and quality. Pat ensured all issues completed to my satisfaction and that all applicable coupons were applied. All around excellent experience. More
Superior Customer Service and Quality Process Maint Reqd light was on so took 2006 Highlander to Patrick Nugent, my long time Service Manager at Fitzgerald Toyota Service. As always, he diagnosed Maint Reqd light was on so took 2006 Highlander to Patrick Nugent, my long time Service Manager at Fitzgerald Toyota Service. As always, he diagnosed the cause of the light (routine oil change) and some other minor issues with wiper mechanism and cabin air quality. Pat searched for the most economical service bundle pricing and coupons for the work, had it completed on schedule and returned the vehicle cleaner than when it was dropped off. It's worth every penny to get genuine Toyota quality parts installed by certified technicians. Overall, another outstanding experience with Patrick and Fitzgerald Toyota Service. More

I needed tires, battery and few other items to be done and Patrick Nugent was extremely helpful in finding the perfect tires for my truck. My comments concern Mr. Jesse Segovia in your service department, who has assisted me on some of my most complicated service visits over the recent years. Whatever the issue or news, he always goes above and beyond to ensure: 1) I'm back on the road quickly (I use my car for work) 2) I'm fully informed regarding what is happening with my vehicle and the nature of the problem 3) I'm satisfied with the service. 4) He has stayed late to accommodate me, worked around my schedule, and made sure I had a loaner with space enough for all of my work equipment. Customer Service of this caliber is what keeps me coming back to Fitzgerald. This is a person you really want to keep. I definitely do! Best regards, Jennifer K More

However, at Fitzgerald's I found this experience to be pretty much as good as it gets. I was helped by Josh mostly in the service department, and he was a pleasure to work with. Communicated with me often and simply. No fluff or nonsense, just the good, the bad and what my options were. Offered advice and supplemental help above and beyond the specific repairs they were taking care of. They did it VERY quickly and had me back in my car well before the expectations they originally had set. And I needed a new engine, not just a few brakes and a timing belt or something. They had the car back to me within a week, set me up with a decent rental car. But most of all, made sure i understood, was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Ignoring the circumstances, a very pleasurable experience. More
