2 strikes and they are out On my first visit with my new preowned Sonata, they did normal service and checked for a slow leak in one of the tires. They could not find the leak and I discovered a few days later that they left the tire they were testing way overinflated. On my 2nd visit, they did some extensive break work and I had checked the box to give me the old parts but that wasn't done and I didn't realize it until later. My confidence in these guys is low.
