He was also helpful AFTER the sale when i had to deal with the service dept. Unfortunately my service dept experience was not positive - i wasted half my day there to get a part installed only to find out that the part could not be installed on my model. You'd think they would have known that upfront right? I was offered nothing for my wasted time other than a "I'm sorry" & a handshake. Also as an FYI- after the sale the salesman will take you to the finance dept to finish the transaction. I was offered a variety of service agreements & the chance to buy nitrogen for my tires. Nitrogen in the tires in a big scam unless you are professionally racing your car. More
