I came in today around 11:30 to speak to the sales representative that emailed me (He was very nice and courteous and made the entire process very easy and professional.) I had a easy and helpful and painless time from start to finish (from the time Mr. Habib introduced himself till the time that I left.) In the end, Kevin and Mr. Habib said that they will call me on Monday and will do everything in their power to assist me in purchasing the vehicle (a Toyota camry 2017 SE). Has Potential to be Good I brought my car in to address window weatherstripping that was peeling on the front passenger side window which was covered under warranty. Upon revi I brought my car in to address window weatherstripping that was peeling on the front passenger side window which was covered under warranty. Upon review of the finished work when I arrived home, I discovered that there were dents/scratch and super glue used to repair my side mirror since it was necessary to remove it in order to replace the weatherstrip. Drove right back to the service center where the Service Manager assured me it will be resolved. Fast forward a week later, my mirror was replaced and the dents and scratches were made invisible after they took the car back in for half a day and provided a loaner. The Assistant Service Manager I worked with during both trips demonstrated he understood my pain points and sought to make things right. More

Going in I knew I wanted the Elantra, probably a Value Edition, depending on options and prices. They had lots of Elantra in inventory, and my salesman, Ignacio Villalobos, took his time in reviewing the list for vehicles that appealed to me. The car was delivered the next day. Sophia Watson carefully explained the financing, and the early payoff options. The car was delivered in "showroom" condition. Perfect. More
