I liked the salespeople even the ones who were not helping me. I went to the lot with the task of a 2016 Veloster on my mind. My salesman Ed Bockarie, was great! He talked to me as a returning customer purchasing the same car just new. He didn't down talk to me or try to put me in another car. He knew I had to be to work in a few hours, but never-the-less went over the car and it's functions. No I didn't test drive it. The car had others around it and I was glad. I saw it and knew it was mine. In closing, people at the mall have come up to me and asked about the car. I've gladly told them, "The Gaithersburg Fitzgerald Auto Mall and the man you want to ask for. is Ed Bockarie. Again, I'm not a survey person, but this in one time I felt someone's horn had to be blown. Great Experience! More

Going in, not really knowing what to expect, I was anticipating a pushy sales guy who would try to sell me on This was my first car buying experience. Going in, not really knowing what to expect, I was anticipating a pushy sales guy who would try to sell me on features/things I had no interest in. Luckily for me, Austin Pounds did not fit said description. He was incredibly courteous, funny, and most importantly knowledgeable on all the cars I was considering. He helped me filter out all of the cars I was looking at until I reached my perfect car, a 2016 Camry. I must have asked him a hundred questions about the car and its features and how it was different than other cars and he had an answer for all of them. I would strongly recommend Austin to anyone looking to buy a car at this dealership. He went the extra mile for me to make sure i was 100% satisfied. More

Excellent customer service I received wonderful customer service at this dealership - I dealt with Edward and Kenny, they are very knowledgeable and professional. The week before I bought my car my son also had been in the dealership looking for a car everyone had been very kind considerate and knowledgeable. When I came back to buy my car I came back to deal with Edward because he was so professional and personable. He and Kenny made my buying experience easy and very happy!! I cannot thank them enough, and will be highly recommending Fitzgerald Hyundai to everyone I know. I do want to say though everybody was very professional it was the personal touch and the way they took the time to spend time with me and to listen to me that really sold me on your dealership. Also the handwritten letter as a thank you with a wonderful personal touch. Most people can be professional, it takes an exceptional person to go the extra mile and offer the great customer service that they delivered. More
