He was so patient, and was constantly asking me questions so he could figure out exactly what I wanted, he never tried to sell me anything I didn't want or that he wouldn't recommend me buying. After I found the car I wanted, the process of paper work and pricing and everything that usually turns the experience sour was seamless and enjoyable as driving the car out of the parking lot.
