My insurance company had just declared my car a total loss, so I had to transition from the Service Department (thank you, Steve Winkler) to the Sales Department for a totally unexpected purchase. First, I had a conversation with Chris about my needs and budget, and he sent me a few listings (new and used) to check out virtually. We narrowed to 5 choices in my price range. I came in after work the next day for test drives. One of my choices had been sold, and another one was too small in person. We added 2 more cars I saw on the lot. I asked questions, and Chris was patient and thorough. I selected a car I was sure about. I then added a couple of options/ enhancements after consulting with Britney Blango. Chris was also helpful and clear at guiding me through all the paperwork involved. The financing aspect went smoothly, and I got a good rate and monthly payments I am comfortable with. All in all, within 4 hours, I bought a car I was/am totally excited about (even though I started out bothered about having to get back into monthly car payments). Every person I interacted with (including the manager, Phil Formichelli) was helpful and professional. I would send anyone looking for a car over to Fitzgerald Toyota.
