This is the 4th car we have bought from Fitzgerald, the 3rd Toyota from FitsMall Gaithersburgh. We like the way Fitzgrald does business. Our experience with Chris was excellent. He is a charming, caring a 3rd Toyota from FitsMall Gaithersburgh. We like the way Fitzgrald does business. Our experience with Chris was excellent. He is a charming, caring and a very knowledgeable individual. We asked him to help us find a replacement for our 15 year old PRIUS. The way he explained the various options and choices we had made our choice of a CROWN SIGNIA easy. He then went on to teach us how to operate this computer on wheels. We asked for a second "lesson". He very graciously spent a couple of hours patiently explaining everything and making sure that we really understood what he had shown us by a gentle "exam". Great experience. We wren't surprised that his phone kept ringing off the hook because others, like us, had found him to be an excellent auto advisor to deal with. He is a gem! More
