I found it strange that the dealership wasn’t willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle I purchased. Tim was a pleasure to work with. I truly enjoyed my experience at this dealership with the Rep that I was with he was very awesome. We purchased our second car from David Dean at Fitzgerald Toyota. Our first one was in October 2023 (Prius XLE AWD) and the other was in November 2024 (Toyota Tacoma Limited). If you want somebody who is super in tuned to your needs, guided by honesty and integrity, then I highly recommend David. I hand picked him at the Gaithersburg location over a dealership that was far closer to my home as the sales experience was well worth the drive. There is a fun family feel to Fitzgerald and this carries over into the Service department as well. More
