Chris was a consummate professional and great to work with. However, the sales process is extremely slow in my opinion. I did all of the research, found the car, secured financing and committed to purchasing (I told them I would sign or pay whatever they needed to get things moving). I was told I must go in person into the dealership otherwise, I couldn't purchase the vehicle. There's no reason I should have to spend over 4 hours in a dealership filling out redundant paperwork. The only reason I would purchase again from this dealership is if I had no other alternative. My purchase proceeded only because they had the car I was looking for with the right amount of mileage and the right price......that's it. If it weren't for Chris offering to take his time to come to my house and switch the tags, I would have walked away. More
