Frank and john is very helpful. But in some dept, they are not well coordinated. Fitzgerald has always had good pricing practice and even under todays tough car buying environment, they have not swayed too far from that philosophy. Chris was also able to come through for us to locate the CC XLE with all the safety features essential for rookie drivers. He kept us posted with the progress, setting realistic expectations and finally was able to get us the vehicle that my daughter needs. The whole experience with Chris has been great. There was no sales pressure, just information to update us on the status of the vehicle. He also did not try to sell us junk options like other dealers.
