He also has a great sense of humor which is vital to me. This is my first time looking at Toyotas. I walked in at the end of the day (the first visit) and Andrew didnt pressure me to hurry up to leave. He answered all my questions and even gave me information on a truck coming soon I might be interested in. I ended up purchasing that truck. The whole dealership was kind and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how Taylor stepped in. His intervention kept me thinking that Fitzgerald was the right place to purchase our Prius Prime. I was very disappointed in after-market pric His intervention kept me thinking that Fitzgerald was the right place to purchase our Prius Prime. I was very disappointed in after-market pricing at the dealership - that really shook my confidence in the dealership. We also were promised we would get regular communication from our salesmen during our wait for delivery (which was, as expected, quite long) and that was far below our expectation. At delivery, Andrew was very personable. It was a real pleasure dealing with him. We were disappointed that he hadn't been able to have the car fully charged at delivery. He patiently answered our questions (and, since we hadn't purchased a new car since 2009, we had a lot of questions, particularly about technology. The no-haggle pricing takes stress out of the buying experience, which was also appreciated. And when you get charged a set fee over MSRP, it is nice that you get some service perks for that payment. At the Toyota level, I would like to see a much more responsive/accessible website. An FAQ section for each model would be a nice feature. Another potential idea would be for Toyota to create a "curriculum" (online or at each dealership) so new owners could have the option of attending a class to teach them how to get the most out of their new vehicles (this would be a great "relationship building" opportunity if Fitzgerald has such an interest or need) More
