Salesperson David was great! He kept us in the loop on the progress of the vehicle we reserved. He gave us time to get to know the car before the test drive and explained the features well. The dealership was open and honest about a lease hack we were attempting and didn't discourage it. I was surprised that the finance person asked for our credit card without offering any information on the lease calculations and fees. It all seemed in order but I think we shouldn't have had to ask for details. When as we were taking the final look at the car we discovered it had been damaged. We are not sure if it happened at the port or at the dealership during the final fueling. While accidents happen, it shouldnt ever be discovered by yhe customer who has just signed a deal. However, we felt like the management worked respectfully and openly with us to come to an agreeable solution. In the end the Prius Prime was worth waiting for and it was worth traveling to Fitzgerald to acquire it. More
