Since the car was in-transit, he offered to reserve it, and when it arrived a few days later, he notified us right away. We came by, he walked us through the car, and we were convinced it was the right one for our budget. After a short chat about accessories, we met with the finance manager who very quickly walked us through the paperwork and our warranty options. We notified her that we had a pre-approval and check from our bank, and were ready to move forward with the purchase. She expedited the process knowing we had other appointments that day. The full experience was smooth, free of any sales gimmicks, and took less than 2 hours. If his managers are reading this, give Hernan a raise. I highly recommend this dealership! More
