On 4/28/24, I ordered the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum because this dealership didn't have any and it was in very high demand and you could only order online. Met a new sales person name Sean Xie Platinum because this dealership didn't have any and it was in very high demand and you could only order online. Met a new sales person name Sean Xie. He is very very good. I would recommend him. This 3 star rating has nothing to do with sales. A sales person can do so much. This has everything to do with their service center. My supposedly new SUV arrived on 7/11/24. My wife and I was texted to come in and check it out on 7/12/24 and the SUV was so filthy on the outside and inside and had 3 big feint scratches. Very disappointed. Their service center deserves a D- for making me come back 3 days in a row to get the car fully detailed and the vehicle buffered and scratches removed. Remind you this is a very new vehicle! Sean can only do so much. More
