I own a 1993 Toyota Camry and went in for an oil change with a 30 min wait time. After 2hrs passed, I received a long list of recommended repairs of which most had been done in the last 6 months. There we with a 30 min wait time. After 2hrs passed, I received a long list of recommended repairs of which most had been done in the last 6 months. There were other customers who arrived after I did and left before me and I noticed their vehicles were much newer. It was totally obvious to me that the technician was looking to do much more than an oil change. What a rip off! More

Paid $30 at service station to determine O2 sensor was bad. Paid Fitzgerald $42 to verify same. Fitzgerald couldn't remove sensor (said it was "siezed"), wanted additional $500 to replace exhause manifo bad. Paid Fitzgerald $42 to verify same. Fitzgerald couldn't remove sensor (said it was "siezed"), wanted additional $500 to replace exhause manifold. stopped work, took Toyota back to service station, removed sensor without a problem, put in genuine Toyota part. Either mechanics at this dealership are incapable of basic repairs, or they routinely rip off customers. More
