We also told them that we had limited time in order to pick up our son from school, they not only got us out in time to pick him up but offered us the chance to get things started and come back after getting him, which was not needed. I really felt like I was being treated as part of the family when I was told how Fitzgerald pays their employees and the reasong behind the price structure. When we couldn't find the car we wanted in Annapolis,where we live, Fitzgerald got us the car the next day! The other dealer emailed us 2 days later hoping one would be on their next truck! A friendly, fun, positive atmosphere was great, along with others besides the sales person (managers? at the front desk)jumping in to get us finished and on the way home at the end of the deal which ended up late at night. No one complained that it was 9 pm and they wanted to go home--nice way to do business as far as we were concerned since we went on our way with our new car--the one we wanted with want we wanted on it and didn't have to wait a week or more as told to us by the local dealer. Being in sales, we know!!! when a customer inquires--there is an interest--when you get them what they want fast--they usually purchase. Fitzgerald did that. Thus, more happy customers!
