The entire purchase process of our new car was fast. After we talked to Farooq on the phone and told him what type of car my husband wanted, he went to their offsite storage lot and selected a vehicle. It was the perfect car--exactly the color and features/options my husband wanted and which he would have selected. This showed that Farooq just didn't hear what I said on the phone, but he actually listened to what I said. We thank Farooq because we didn't have to look at a lot of cars at the dealership and waste our time. Farooq is a very low-key, no pressure salesperson. Renda explained various options (i.e., rustproofing, undercoating, side molding) which we hadn't thought about. Then she made an appointment with service for us to return the car the next week to have the options installed. Then we met with Bob to do the financial paperwork. Both Renda and Bob were fast and thorough. I'm sure we got the same "canned" speeches from both Renda and Bob that they give to all their customers day after day. However, Farooq, Renda and Bob treated us like we were their only customer and made the process of buying a new car stressless. There were no surprises during the entire process. What I did not anticipate was the exceptional professionalism and warmth of the staff. Although every team member was a pleasure to work with, including Sales Manager Tom who was straight forward and courtious from the minute we met, Renda who helped me understand my options and owners manuals and Erika who provided financial and warranty options, one particular individual, my salesperson "Lisa Lam," was especially outstanding. Lisa did everything I asked her to, including moving a bunch of vehicles to access those I was interested in. We drove them all. During the process, she listened to my needs and answered all my questions. Never once did she try and sway me into something I wasnt interested in - an experience inconsistent with those at competitor dealerships. All of this, and everything in between, ultimately led to my purchasing of the vehicle. Lisa Lam is the real deal - both as a person and as a professional.
