I purchased a new Toyota Prius from Fitzgerald Lakeforest Toyota on April 16, 2011, using a certificate provided by USAA of which I am a longtime member. Harry Dayal of Fitzgerald contacted me immediately a Toyota on April 16, 2011, using a certificate provided by USAA of which I am a longtime member. Harry Dayal of Fitzgerald contacted me immediately after I obtained my USAA certificate and offered me the exact model and color I was looking for with a price that could not be beaten. I went out the following Saturday and was greeted with warmth and no hassle whatsoever. All the options were laid out before me in clear terms. I made my deal with a good trade-in for my old car. In the course of my visit I met with several other employees of Fitzgerald. All of them, like Harry Dayal, were friendly, considerate and helpful. The whole experience was a pleasure, notwithstanding the necessary paperwork that always comes with buying a new car. First, my experience with Tony Watson (the salesman at the Used Toyota Dealership in Germantown) was excellent! Helpful, customer-oriented, friendly, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and patien the Used Toyota Dealership in Germantown) was excellent! Helpful, customer-oriented, friendly, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and patient are some of the words I would use to describe my experience with Tony. i could not have asked for a more helpful, courteous and customer-oriented salesman. If he remains a Fitzgerald salesman when we need cars in the near future, Tony will be our family's salesman. Second, our car purchase coincided with a house refinance. Because of the difficulty with the refinancing company, we had to put the car on "hold" for about 4 days. Kenny Booth, the manager of the Germantown dealership was understanding of our plight and extraordinarily accommodating. He knew we were serious about purchasing the car and with professionalism and graciousness, he held the car until our home refinancing was complete. That gave us incredible peace-of-mind. And we were simply blown away with his desire and commitment to have well-served and satisfied customers. Third, within 5 days of the purchase of the car, the front brakes started squeaking. The service department found a rust buildup. Even though the brake pads were within MD inspection standards of 2 mm (the pads were 3 mm), your service dept. replaced the pads and turned the rotators at no cost to me. For a first time customer, I was delighted with the service and the customer-orientation. My customer satisfaction could not have been higher. Fourth, within 3 weeks of the purchase of the car, I returned and talked with Kenny Booth about some concerns about the front and rear windshields. The front windshield had a semi-circular scrape of about 12"-14" long on the passenger side. It appeared that something hard, like a pebble, was under the wiper. Repeated use scraped the windshield. The rear windshield had begun rattling and squeaking, indicating that it was possibly loose. Once again, Kenny Booth was professional, courteous, understanding and very customer-oriented. Even though he was not obligated, he agreed to look at the problems and to see what he could do. The fix went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Because the front scrape could not be buffed out, your service department replace the front windshield. And the back windshield was reseated and resealed. Again, our customer satisfaction could not have been higher. As a manager, Kenny only deepened my respect and appreciation for his help and service and for Fitzgerald as a company. This is my first experience with Fitzgerald. But it certainly won't be my last. Fitzgerald has become our family's dealership. The incredible way Tony Watson and Kenny Booth served us has made us life-long Fitzgerald customers! I could not be happier customer. Thank you very much for putting the customer first as a company. The internet price published had no hidden adds and is what they described it to be. The trade in value was fair and they were open to discuss how they derived the price. I had to go back the following day and return some items for our existing vehicle, and again they were friendly and accomondating by going out of their wat to retrive something we forgot out of the old vehicle. We will reccomend this dealership and Harry to our friends in the market for a new or used car. More

He was not pushy for me to make a decision and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. The dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald Toyota and especially Tom Redlack. If you need to buy a car I would highly recommend that you ask for Tom going through the door. More
