Clearly one of the most competitive dealerships in the area. They understand how to conduct internet-based sales! They give you all of the information you need up-front to make a decision -- out-the-doo area. They understand how to conduct internet-based sales! They give you all of the information you need up-front to make a decision -- out-the-door price broken down, and the sticker info. Many other dealerships try to use old showroom floor methods to force a face-to-face relationship -- "What time tomorrow will you stop in?", "I need to speak with you about some of the details, please give me a call," "You need to come in for me to explain all of the details." And some dealerships won't give you all of the information up front, even though I explicitly ask for it -- again as a means to force the customer to engage more personally. After a few back and forths, I let these guys know "Look, I don't want a pen pal, I am considering buying a car. If you can't give me the information I need in an email, I'll work the other dealerships that already have." Some try the showroom floor approach of badgering, "Are you serious about buying a car?!" etc. I tell those guys, "I am serious, but I don't like your tone. If you can't work professionally, I'll continue working with the other dealerships who can." I didn't have any problems with Fitzgerald Motors, and Brian Chanin really knew how to give me the information I needed to make a decision. More
Keith Williams was my initial contact with the dealership and I cannot say enough good things about him. He stayed with me past the time he needed to leave, to be sure I was taken care of and to test drive and I cannot say enough good things about him. I was in the market for a new car preferably a 2010 Toyota Camry SE. When doing my research I visited various Toyota dealers in NY which didn't even come close to the prices at Fitzgerald Lakeforest To Toyota Camry SE. I visited their site fitzmall.com and made an inquiry and got contacted by my salesman Keith Williams. Keith was very easy to work with he didn't try to pressure me into anything which I think is what scares most first time car buyers. After various calls and emails back and forth we set an appointment to drive to Maryland and buy the car. Keith was waiting for me outside the dealership with my new car ready to go. He took me inside to his office, we filled out a couple documents got my insurance setup and Erika Stowe from the financing dept handled the rest of the paperwork, she was really easy to work with as well. I was in and out the dealership in maybe 45 minutes tops more or less. They gave me temp tags to drive back to NY and said I would be getting my NY plates and registration in 4-6 weeks through the mail. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. I also recommend my salesman Keith Williams, he is such a great and humble person, he made my first new car buying experience a great one. More
I had an amazing sales experience at this dealership. I dealt with Faruq, and Tom helped with the financing. Faruq was excellent!! They worked out a leasing option as well as a sales option, gave me a great value on my upside down vehicle, and we determined what the best purchase option would be for me. There was no nonsense, no haggling. It was extremely pleasant, everyone was very friendly, and very very courteous. I would ABSOLUTELY go back to this dealership for more vehicles, and recommend to friends and family. This has been the most pleasant car-buying experience of my adult life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! The buying process at Fitzgerald Toyota should be the standard that all dealers are compared to. I live in NJ and needed to purchase a 2010 Camry before year end. They had a car in stock that matched my needs and the price was based off of their internet site. The standardized price not only beat anything I could get in NJ, but the lack of additional miscellaneous fees is what sold me. I am willing to travel if I can find a dealer that has honesty and integrity in conducting their business and I look forward to buying another vehicle from them in a few months. I highly recommend Fitzgerald's and would never think of buying another car in NJ due to all the games they play. One last comment, Harry Dayal, my salesperson made sure that all the paperwork was ready when I arrived. I was out of the store in 30 minutes!! More

I made an inquiry on a Friday night through the website, and had a detailed and personalized email back from Brian by the time I woke up on Saturday morning. The pricing beat every other dealership I talked to, and thus, I flew to Baltimore to pick up my new car. Brian was communicative every step of the way, and the dealership FedExed me the final paperwork to look over the week before I flew out to pick up the car. I would highly recommend them, especially if you do not like dealing with "sales" tactics, and want honesty throughout your experience. More

We called Fitzgerald Toyota and found out that Farooq Ahmed was working that day. We asked about his availability because he sold us a Toyota 7 years ago. The entire purchase process of our new car was fast. After we talked to Farooq on the phone and told him what type of car my husband wanted, he went to their offsite storage lot and selected a vehicle. It was the perfect car--exactly the color and features/options my husband wanted and which he would have selected. This showed that Farooq just didn't hear what I said on the phone, but he actually listened to what I said. We thank Farooq because we didn't have to look at a lot of cars at the dealership and waste our time. Farooq is a very low-key, no pressure salesperson. Renda explained various options (i.e., rustproofing, undercoating, side molding) which we hadn't thought about. Then she made an appointment with service for us to return the car the next week to have the options installed. Then we met with Bob to do the financial paperwork. Both Renda and Bob were fast and thorough. I'm sure we got the same "canned" speeches from both Renda and Bob that they give to all their customers day after day. However, Farooq, Renda and Bob treated us like we were their only customer and made the process of buying a new car stressless. There were no surprises during the entire process. This is the third car we have purchased from Fitzgerald. We also get our cars serviced by Fitzgerald and will continue to do so. More
