They were both kind and honest which I deeply appreciate, especially having a horrible experience at another dealership closer to my home(which I actually need to write a review about...). I was trying to get the best deal I could on a Camry. I compared not only the Blue Book Invoice Price, but also sent inquiries to a number of dealers on a Toyota Camry. I found a lower advertised price for a car at another Maryland Dealer but Alan Soon told me they could match the price. They even threw in floor mats and mud guards. When I went to the dealer, everything went as promised. There was no additional haggling or attempts to upsell. I was very pleased. Alan is a professional who cares about the customer.
