We have shopped them against other dealers on price but have found them to allways be staraight forward and at first thought some were a little cheeper,however after you add back the extra freight charge or the processing fee and dealer added packages at some stores they always have the best price. Best part about the dealership is that they deliver what they promise and are very transparent by giving the final price without any hidden fees unlike what other dealerships do. Quote given by Fitz representative(Khy Tilton) beat the best quote I received by at least 40$ a month(In fact a couple of dealers(Cheaters) stepped down by as much as $1200 on a 36 month Quote after I showed them the Fitz prices, yet the final quote was at least 40$/month off. Goes to show how much these guys hype up the prices). I originally came to Fitzgerald to lease a Rav4 Limited. I was initially worried about their "no-haggle" pricing but it really is the cheapest price and it's nice not to have to worry that I'm getting cheated. Ultimately I decided leasing wasn't for me and I could tell Khy was disappointed but he was very professional about it. A few months later I saw they had a great used Rav4 Limited, for a great price. I test drove it and loved it but needed to think it over. Khy warned me another couple had seen and liked the car but it was a Thursday afternoon, what were the chances they were going to sell it while I thought it over and ran errands for an hour? Well of course when I called to say I was coming in, Khy told me the car had sold half an hour after I left. My fault and my loss. I ultimately ended up buying my used Rav4 Limited from another dealer but if Fitzgerald had had a comparable car I would have bought there, hands down. Excellent dealer. Jack knows what he's doing. I drove 4 hrs to deal with Fitzmall, half expecting to see the usual "bait and switch" that many car dealers resort to. Brian had the car exactly as promised ready to go. The entire process was quick and painless, and I was out the door with a new 2011 model for below invoice. I don't know how the process could be any easier/better.
