I also had a 2010 Hyundai to trade, so he put me in touch with Phil, who gave me an honest and fair trade-in value; right in the price range I had requested. I was able to secure the 2011 Prius that I wanted with a small deposit and then came to the dealership Monday following the wedding to finalize the purchase. I was apprehensive still, but meeting Rob in person made me feel at ease. The transaction was simple and fair, and exactly as we had spoken of over the phone. Rob made me feel good about purchasing the Prius, and had a real working knowledge of the car and it's features. The finance manager was so friendly, and she handled my paperwork quickly and efficiently. Everyone at Fitzmall was friendly, helpful, and efficient.
