I recently bought my third Toyota from Fitzgeralds - mainly because of the great service they provide in maintaining my car. I have never found them to do more service than was really required and I fe mainly because of the great service they provide in maintaining my car. Having my service done there gives me the confidence that I can drive without concern for my car breaking down. I visited this dealership last week for a new Venza. When I talked in I run into a lady, I asked if she can help me, she replied: wait here. While I was waiting I learned that her name is Nancy through people's conversation, and also two salesperson greeted me to see if they can offer any help, I told them that Nancy was going to help me since I know the 1st sales rep usually gets the credit. Well, I was wrong! I waited for her for about 15 minutes and she never come back. after this long wait, I approached her and asked her if she had forgotten me. She answered with a very angry tone: I am not in sales! Wow!!! if you did not tell me to wait, I would already talked with another sales rep!!! I then talked with another sales abut the car, but my mood of buying a car was ruined. At the end, i took the price the sales offered to another dealership and had them match the deal. More

I have bought numerous cars over the years and typically find shopping for cars is like going to the dentist - necessary but unpleasant. I communicated with Harry Dayal via email initially to get a detailed quote on the vehicle, then talked by phone for a few additional questions and to arrange a visit. Since I live about 75 miles from the Fitzgerald Lakeforest location, I wanted to make sure it was worth my time. When I arrived, Harry was waiting and had the vehicle we discussed by the door ready for me to test drive. He also made me aware of other vehicles in the inventory that were available in other colors. The entire process was totally professional and exactly as we had discussed. There was no pressure to get me to buy something more expensive and although things like extended warranties and upgrades were mentioned, there was no pressure at all. The whole process took a while as they usually do, but in the end I got the exact price I was quoted and got what I wanted for my trade-in. I left that first visit driving my new car. Harry was an attentive sales person and clearly listened to me. I would have no hesitation about going back to Fitzgerald Toyota and having Harry assist me again. More
I located the Toyota Pickup (2012) with the exact combination of features I wanted at this great Maryland dealership. I actually traveled 1100 miles one way from the midwest to get the truck. I was assisted in a most friendly and courteous and knowledgable way by salesman Keith Williams, both at the dealership and by phone in the days prior to my purchase. The dealership offered an internet purchase discount which I was unable to get at other dealerships. When I completed the paperwork with F.and I. manager Erica, the price and payments were exactly what was told me on the phone and not a penny more. Their policy is to handle all the details of my out of state registration and tags for me, which is a wonderful added benefit. After returning home with my new truck I received a courteous followup call from Keith, making sure I had arrived safely and was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone across the country. The long trip was well worth the effort. The pickup is excellent! More
