Judith was very helpful and so was the rest of facility. very good looking and clean. This is probably my 15th new car purchase and I was pleasently surprised at how easy these folks were to deal with. I had done a lot of online research prior to visiting the dealership and had also be pleasently surprised at how easy these folks were to deal with. I had done a lot of online research prior to visiting the dealership and had also been to two other Toyota dealers. When I got to Fitzgerald the negotiations with my sales person lasted less than 5 minutes and without the normal back and forth to the Sales Manager. They offered me a very fair price on my trade and the best price I could find for the new car. The finance manager was also very pleasent to deal with as well. He was able to beat my credit union's rate for the loan and offered my a great price on an extended warranty which made me even happier. More

I e-mailed the dealer to express interest in a 2010 Mazda Mx5. Within minutes(literally) of sending the e-mail I was contacted by Neil Xing by e-mail and by phone to ask if there was anything he could do to Mx5. Within minutes(literally) of sending the e-mail I was contacted by Neil Xing by e-mail and by phone to ask if there was anything he could do to help me in the buying process. We agreed on a day and time to test drive the car. Upon arrival, Neil promptly met us and took us to the car which was waiting for us to drive, clean and detailed. His attention to detail, there was a minor problem that he immediately had corrected and the speed he moved the transaction along, was greatly appreciated. The credit manager, Santos, was also prepared and helpful in moving the sale along. The car was priced competitively, which was why the no haggle policy worked well for us. It took the ugly part of buying a car out of the equation. All in all, everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. A great experince. Chris Furst More

I had the fortune (or perhaps misfortune) to by two Hyundai Sonatas within a year’s time. The first was a miserable experience, but the 2nd (with Fitzgerald Hyundai) could not have gone smoother! Havi Hyundai Sonatas within a year’s time. The first was a miserable experience, but the 2nd (with Fitzgerald Hyundai) could not have gone smoother! Having had a bad experience with a dealer that shall go unnamed (I believe they are in “College Park” ), I kept waiting for something to go wrong with Fitzgerald, but it didn’t. I was treated very well, and there was absolutely no surprises! My Ex (another story in itself) loves her Sonata much better than the 1st, and we are so happy that if she ever needs to can have it serviced just around the corner. We even got a far better deal (and I can prove it), and no mandatory dealer installed options (I mean are we idiots) this time. So, my hats off to GM Danny Rosenfeld, our sales agent Author Hamet, and Archie who went over every inch of the car with us, Brenda who did the paperwork, and of course Sponsor who helped with the coordination. I hope I don’t need another car for a while again, but if I do, and it’s a Hyundai, it does not matter that I now live in Virginia, I’m trekking back to MD to see them at Fitzgerald! More

I was in a hurry to buy a new 2012 Corolla for my daughter and had contacted 6 dealers within my area. Neil Xing was always quick to answer my eMails, providing me with the relevant requested inform daughter and had contacted 6 dealers within my area. I had also paid for a ConsumerReport "best three" deals near my zip code, which didn't include Fitzgerald Auto Malls. When visiting Fitzgerald Auto Malls and showing them the best CR deal - Neil (who had especially come in to work on his day off) approved the same cheaper price with his manager. The following few hours of paperwork etc, were painless and resulted in my daughter driving away with her first new car within 3 hours of entering the Fitzgerald showroom. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to do business with! More
