I started working with Mr. Moss who had all the patience in the world in helping me select the right car. Mr. Cummings, who is the Sales Manager, walked over and explained the finance portion of the purchas in the world in helping me select the right car. Because of a prior appointment, Mr. Moss turned me over to Mr. DeJesus when he had to leave. My DeJesus picked up the ball and scored high marks. Mr. Hess, who is the Sales & Leasing Consultant, also scored high marks when he assisted me in removing items from my trade to my new purchase. I have to say that these gentlemen made a great team, and they are an asset to the Fitzgerald Company. I will return when I need to make future purchases, and will recommend the Fitzgerald Dealership to friends, family and anyone looking for the Professionalism that I received. More
My wife and I walked in to look for a new vehicle since our lease was almost up. We were greeted by Neil whom was very friendly and promptly offered to help and walked us through the process. Horrible AC Ispection Service. Complaint about wrong inspection - low freon level, but actually it is full. The customer representative didn't care and just want to ask more money with raising voice. inspection - low freon level, but actually it is full. Freon is always full with no leak. The result shows the service in this Toyota shop is no good. Waste of time and money! More

I brought my new Camry this memorial day weekend and the whole process is pretty painless . I negotiated over the email and happy with e price paid. All departments people felt straightforward and honest .neil was honest and nice to work with. It was an extremely busy day and he tried his best to quicken the process but still took long time because of the amount of crowd. This is my 2nd visit for the same problem. I was told my car was getting worked on but in reality they had not started. I was told it was road tested and the problem had been found but none of that had ha car was getting worked on but in reality they had not started. The first time they told me that it was a 2011 problem and not a 2012 problem and that I would have to bring it back and road test it with someone. I informed them at the time when I made appointment and when I checked in. The first visit they kept car for day with no results. This time it took 2 hours and they once again told me it was a 2011 problem. It took me having to get upset in order for someone to go out on the road with me and take care of the problem. More
