The salesperson, Thomas, was so understanding and helpful picking a car. It was between a SUV and a sedan. He asked the right questions, therefore, making my decision to get the Hyundai Sonata was easy. I will definitely go back to Thomas for my daughter's car next time. More
I bought my Toyota Rav IV 2 1/2 years ago from the dealership and it was a FANTASTIC experience. We did 90% of it on-line and over the phone. When I fianlly went to the dealership it was to sign the paperwork adn drive out with my car. There were no surprises, no pressure. Quick and easy which I appreciated. The service department, I can't say enough about them! Friendly and polite and they really beleive in customer service, the old school way. There is always a loaner car available, which I appreciate as my office is not nearby. They have good hours on the weekends also. The facility is pleasant and offers plenty of room and amenities. I do not take my car any place else. More

Everything related to the deal was great - price, service, friendliness were all excellent. I gave quality of work a "GOOD" only because the detailing of the car was a bit sloppy on delivery. A few extra minutes taken to rub in the Armour All that was sprayed in the engine compartment would have really made things stand out, instead it was pooled on the engine cover and dripping. Also, a bit more detail inside the vehicle, making sure the coffee that was spilled in the cup holder was completely cleaned out. It was wiped but was still obvious there was a spill. The rest of the vehicle was spotless so it was a missed opportunity to impress. Lastly, better knowledge of the product details would also make a better impression on clients, particularly if you are going to have a service manager meet with clients. We asked a question specifically about the traction control options and were referred directly to the manual, the rest was small talk or warranty talk. We didn't expect a full demo but a knowledgeable answer would have been nice. The quick brush off to the manual kept us from asking more questions. In the end we did have a much better than expected experience - the things I point out are small details, not major problems. The price, low pressure environment, and expeditious paperwork process were great. We would come back again. More
