The way he explained the various options and choices we had made our choice of a CROWN SIGNIA easy. He then went on to teach us how to operate this computer on wheels. We asked for a second "lesson". He very graciously spent a couple of hours patiently explaining everything and making sure that we really understood what he had shown us by a gentle "exam". Great experience. Chris Ogene is such a patient person. What a doll. I have bought 2 cars from him in the last few years, and I think I almost drove him crazy. He helped my pick wanrranties that worked for me and with no pressure. White is my favorite color so imagine asking him to show me 6 white cars that fit my needs and my budget! Please ask for Chris Ogene if you are looking for a car. He has a playful side so it won't feel stressful (he made my friend laugh a lot and she is a very serious person).
