This dealership was outstanding. I went there on a Saturday and it was as busy as I have ever seen one. Everyone was as helpful and curtious as I would expect. I have purchase many new vehicles over the years and have always dreaded the process. I had already chose a vehicle on line and asked Mike if he could confirm the bottom line cost and have the vehicle ready for me when I came in. I wanted to inspect the vehicle and if all is well, drive it away with minimum hassle. I’m pleased to say this dealership met, and exceeded all of my expectations. I always expect to be immediately pressured when visiting a dealership - that was not the case at Fitzgerald. We spoke with Pablo Pagan, one of the salesmen. Pablo was incredibly friendly, genuine and receptive to our needs. He did not pressure us in any way to buy. My husband and I are expecting our first child in May, and we had a relatively low budget in mind for our purchase. I was worried that we would be pressured into something much more expensive, but that was not the case at all. Pable spent time looking for the car we thought we wanted, and in the price range we specified. After discussing it with him, we ended up looking at a different Toyota model than we had planned on. He was more than understanding when we decided that we needed a couple of days to discuss the purchase, and graciously offered to check on a few things before we returned. When we went back the following Monday, everything was ready to go. While we ultimately purchased a different vehicle than we had planned on, it was perfect for us. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I highly reccommend this dealership, and Pablo specifically. I will definitely return to Fitzgerald Toyota when we need to purchase another car. More

I had been seeking a Juke in specific color and pkg, The vehicle is very new, so availability involved some wait-time. I worked with 3 different dealerships, but the other two quickly lost interest when i vehicle is very new, so availability involved some wait-time. No so with Fitzgerald and my salesperson. Terry McLeod was excellent in his follow-up and showed his interest in my business without being too pushy - not always an easy balance to strike. Although I live in NY I prefer to buy from Fitzmall. There is no bargaining just an upfront no bait and switch price. They also delivered the car to my door by 2 fine gentlemen.
