My Wife and i decided to get a new car and looked at prices at both Fitzgerald and at another dealer that my wife had purchased a car prior to this sale. I had an '02 Buick Rendezvous (which I traded in) that blew a head gasket so I was in desperate need of a new car. He showed me a 2007 Pontiac G6 that was in the shop being worked on because it was just traded in. I fell in love with the car. The next day I drove back up to Chambersburg and test drove it with my friend. I loved it even more! Even though I knew I was getting the '07 G6, I looked on fitzmall.com to search their inventory. The site was extremely easy to navigate. Marty did everything he could to make this sale go smoothly. He was very dedicated. I kept in contact with him throughout the week via email and phone calls. When I found a co-signer for my loan, Marty submitted the credit application and we were up there the following morning to sign paperwork! While we were waiting for Derek Mann to get all of the papers ready, Marty gave me a tour and introduced me to the employees that I would need to talk to if I ever encountered a problem. It took about 20 minutes to sign the papers and I was out the door in my G6! Derek was very thorough in explaining the different papers I had to sign. This was my first dealership experience and I must say, it was wonderful! Their customer service is amazing! Thank you for everything!! More

I tried to work with a local Ohio dealer who was able to get somewhat close on price, but they still tried some add-on tricks. In the end I was not comfortable with how I was treated. There were no tricks at Fitzgerald and it was worth the drive from Ohio to PA to pick the truck up. Terry was extremely helpful and patient with my requests. The entire process was very smooth without any headaches or surprises. The prices are great, but the service and atmosphere are even better. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

There are many reasons why I would buy from this dealership again but the main reason would be Terry M. Terry and I emailed each other over 150 times!!!! He wanted to make sure I was getting the best price and the best service. Even to the point that he emailed me on his days off. He even went to another dealership to get the car I wanted. There is nothing Terry can't do to get you the car you want. Everyone at Fitz was very friendly and helpful. We even got my father -in- law's car serviced while I was doing my deal. I search the whole east coast for my camry and still came back to the real people with real prices.
