We stopped by to pick up our Daughter's tire cover for her vehichle she bought last week. I seen the Juke and told my husband we have to look at them. My husband and I stopped in at Fitzgerald in Oct. to look at new vehicles for me. Just to look at that point. We met Pat Lindsey and he showed us different options in a Rav4. The color that I liked wasn't on the lot then, but he called about a week later to tell me they had gotten the color in that I wanted. The timing was off for us at that point because of a trip that we had scheduled. Then in late Dec. we were ready to do serious shopping and I made a point to talk with Pat. We test drove and I absolutely loved the Rav4! So we went in and began the paper work. Pat again was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We qualified for the financing we were looking for so it was a go! We then worked with Eric Herzog a finance manager and he was just great to work with too. Asking us questions and then telling us different options that would benefit us. Very nice and personable! The whole process from start to finish was such a positive experence for me and my husband. This is the 5th vehicle that my family has bought from Fitzgerald but the first time that I picked out a vehicle for me. A brand new vehicle. Fitzgerald has a very high standard for their employees and it certainly is nice from a shoppers view point. We would highly recommend both Pat and Eric! Mike made me comfortable, was extremely easy to talk to and made the overall experience on December 24th most enjoyable. I am sure he would have rather been home (it did start snowing and it was Christmas)or even sharing in the dealership holiday meal, but not once did he make me feel rushed or he had other places to go. I was a client but he genuinely cared of my experience. I work in a customer service industry and as most in these fields know, we can be the most critical with our expectations. I have no criticism of Mike at all. Mike, thank you for making my experience enjoyable, comfortable and mine to share with others. You did Toyota proud and I am thankful you walked out onto the lot that day and in my opinion, you did yourself proud. The best for the year ahead of you Mike! Eric, my experience with you was very smooth, of course not as personable; as it is the "ugly" financial piece, but thank you for your kindness, willingness to remain on Christmas eve and your effort to make the 'paperwork' less daunting! I stopped in a few days later to return my second key for my old vehicle and thankfully Mike was there, even though he seemed extremely busy. He greeted me and ensured I was happy with my purchase. I began to leave, remembered I wanted more paper carpet protectors (snowy and my purchased ones unavailable) and when I came back in, Mike was unavailable and another salesman, inside the door had no idea where to begin to look for the paper protectors, or I just didn't warrant him getting up, so instead he recommend I wait for Mike, which I did and without hesitation Mike had my paltry request fulfilled and I was on my way. The protectors didn't seem to be a secret hidden commodity!! Once again, thank YOU Mike for walking out onto your lot! More

Working with Nathan to purchase the car we wanted was as simple as it could. My wife and I called in advance; Made sure they had the car advertised at the price advertised; We then showed up at the dealersh simple as it could. The only way it could have been simpler was fro them to have delivered the car to us, so we didn't have to drive two hours to get there. More

This is the third or fourth time we have purchased cars from Fitzgerald. Everytime we are in the market for a new car, their prices can't be beat! And the service is absolutely wonderful. I called in to the dealership on Friday evening, around 6pm, to let them know that we were coming down to buy a car (we live in the Lock Haven, PA area). I told them what we were looking for. When we arrived around 8:30pm, they had cars already together for us to look at and test drive. They stayed until 11pm to get the paperwork done and send us off on our way. We love Fitzgerald and look forward to working with them again when it is time to purchase another car! More

We have bought 6 vehicles from Fitzgerald's. We have always been treated as family. We called Shane to let him know which car we were interested in.
