He was able to answer all my questions and concerns without making me feel pressured about what to buy. Even after the car was purchased, James continued to answer questions and help me learn the different features in my new car. Martin Manning in Finance was very helpful for my first time dealing with financing. He was able to explain everything in detail about the process and answer all my questions and concerns. I would absolutely recommend people to come to Fitzgerald and seek out these two men when buying a car. More

When I brought my 2014 Avalon Hybrid Limited in that was purchas I have been a Fitzgerald customer for 22 years. I have always have excellent service. When I brought my 2014 Avalon Hybrid Limited in that was purchased out of state I initially had some issues with service satisfaction from the advisor. But after contacting customer service I was put in contact with Jeremy Heskett and was reassured that all my concernes would be taken care of and it proves why I keep returning to Fitzgeralds and have recommended them to 100's or more people for the past 22 years. Extras are handled by Jelyn Waltz -- who has already followed up with me twice (Sunroof + leather seats, o my!)
