Jim Addlesberger was excellent. Honest and thoughtful. I stopped in to check out a truck he recommended and it happened to just be what I had been looking for. I stopped by the Fitzgerald Used Lot to look at a 2004 Dodge Ram. Not long after I arrived Michael approached me just to let me know that he was there if I needed anything. He was very polite, and he didn’t make me feel pressured in anyway. After looking for a bit we asked for the key to the truck and he brought it out for us. He answered all of our questions and provided us with a car fax. We took it for a test drive and decided to buy it. Michael helped me through the process and made it super simple. I highly recommend Michael at Fitzgerald! More
