He also provided the full out-the-door price after taxes and fees and explained that their dealership tries to be transparent with pricing and does not engage in haggling, which is very appealing to me. When I got to the dealership, everything went smoothly. Michael took me on a test drive and explained all the features of the car. They provided a couple different financing options and let me decide without being pushy in any way. Michael made sure everything was ready to go so that I could be on my way back home ASAP.
