My wife and I travelled from NYC to pick up a new car from Toyota. Jim was very easy to deal with and the transaction was very smooth. Everyone was personable a d we had a great experience! Since we were coming from so far away, the team there had everything ready to go when we arrived. We were there for less than 1 hour and were very happy with the service. Jim made sure that we were happy along the way. A big plus, aside from yhe service here at Toyota, is that we purchased our vehicle at the sticker price. There wasn’t a negotiation because we thought the price was great and it was at MSRP! Thanks to Jim, Toyota and the team for taking care of us so well :) More

I bought a new 2021 highlander with Alex Chandler as sales person. He was great , He showed me what I was interested in, not what he wanted me to buy. He highlighted the features the car had..
