Dealership has fair prices. Sales Consultant Jeremy Brown was not a man of his word. He showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment but forgot to contact me and let me Sales Consultant Jeremy Brown was not a man of his word. He showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment but forgot to contact me and let me know they sold the vehicle I was going to purchase. I traveled an hour and a half away for nothing. I was very disappointed in his lack of sincerity while making excuses for not contacting me and being late. To his defense he did ask if I wanted to place a deposit to secure the vehicle. I did tell him no, but asked him to call me if the vehicle was sold. He knew the vehicle was sold because one of his first statements when I saw him is that he thought the vehicle was sold. So my question to you sir is why did you waste my time?? More

My wife and I travelled from NYC to pick up a new car from Toyota. Jim was very easy to deal with and the transaction was very smooth. Everyone was personable a d we had a great experience! Since we were coming from so far away, the team there had everything ready to go when we arrived. We were there for less than 1 hour and were very happy with the service. Jim made sure that we were happy along the way. A big plus, aside from yhe service here at Toyota, is that we purchased our vehicle at the sticker price. I bought a new 2021 highlander with Alex Chandler as sales person. He was great , He showed me what I was interested in, not what he wanted me to buy. He highlighted the features the car had..
