This is the sixth Subaru we’ve owned and the fourth dealership. We knew what we wanted. What I appreciated about Bryan is how it wasn’t the hard sell. Bryan said to me that once someone buys a car from Fitzgerald they have a friend in the auto industry for a lifetime and he has been a good example of that statement, from helping me with scheduling service appointmets to answering questions i've had even on his days out of the store. They really went out of their way to do what I wanted QUICKLY. I seriously put them in the wringer to get me test driven, trade assessed, loan docs written, tags transferred and out the door in 1.5 hour QUICKLY.
