This program is a great idea, and Kimberly executed very well - showing me all the electronic "bells and whistles" in my car and answering the handful of questions I had accumulated since buying the car. I have used Fitzgerald before (12 years ago), and the experience was the same, so their policy is solid. I bought a protection plan, then, 3 weeks later, decided that I did not want it. The customer service rep was helpful and efficient in helping me cancel it - turns out that I had 90 days to do so! No hassle, no sell, just help. More

Great car and value I leased a 2017 Legacy premium 2.5 with the $3K package (eyesight, blind spot, moon roof, etc.). I found nothing like this Legacy's features/ price on the market, not the Accord, not the Camry. Consumer Reports' road test of Legacy (highest score in its category) and its reportedly top performing eyesight attracted my attention. My test drive (and subsequent full month of driving) confirmed a great ride and impressive and practical safety features. John Moldiz listened and ultimately came up with a deal that made me happy. In addition to an orientation at the sale, Fitzgerald gave us a subsequent, useful one-hour lesson on the Legacy's many high tech features. If my experience is an indication, Fitzgerald would like to make its customers happy. More
